Well, I'm back from vacation and finally caught up on all the things one must do when back to reality. Besides the usual mail and appointments, I've been busy changing Internet Providers and home phone service. If you've never done it, let me just warn you that it's a lot of work and very time consuming. Think we're back in business though as far as technology goes…at least I hope so. Managed to escape to my stamp room to create along with the Papertrey Ink DT
here. In my opinion, I think this was the best release ever ~ more items than I could afford and so much inspiration. It was a tough decision, but I decided to attempt making a card similar to
Laurie's.
I'm eager for my order(s) to arrive so I can play with Spruce and Springs and my other new goodies. In the mean time, here's my card using the same layout Laurie used on her card above. Yay for having another Christmas card completed!
Yes, the horse and sleigh are speckled. I wanted to try something different so first stamped the die cut using Canyon Clay ink and then Dark Chocolate, stamped off once. The sleigh blades, horse hoofs and snowflakes have touches of Wink of Stella Shimmer added for a bit of sparkle.
