This week I'm playing along with
Laurie and
Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday, where she challenged us to create cards assembly-line style. They didn't have to be for Christmas, but what better time to bang out several at one time. Thanks, Laurie, now I've got my Christmas card designed for this year. Here it is:
The image below shows supplies I used and multiples of each piece I needed stamped or die-cut to create six cards of the same design and color scheme. After running Scarlet Jewel card stock through my Big Shot with the MFT Stitched Rectangle Dies, each was attached to a white card base. Sweet Blush was cut using Edgers #3, and the sentiment was stamped in Scarlet Jewel ink. Silver glitter paper was cut to size and adhered to the top and bottom edges. The white wreath die-cut was stamped in Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink with the berry sprigs in Scarlet Jewel. The Sweet Blush ribbon was also stamped using Scarlet Jewel. A dab of silver glitter glue was added to the bow's center.
My first prototype I decided to pop up the ribbon, but on the other five I popped up the wreath instead. Below you can see my set of six, and now I need to make a whole lot more.
Thanks for stopping by, and I really do appreciate your comments.
