PTI Create Along With Us October 2016

After seeing Papertrey Ink's awesome October release and the DT's creations, I am totally inspired. You can see the details here on Nichole's blog. Very windy and wet here today so prayed all day we wouldn't lose power. In between packing for another vacation, I just had to squeeze in time to participate by creating a card based on the one below by Betsy.

Wonderful-Time

Here's my snowflake card using Fancy Flakes, since I don't own What The Doodle: Snowflake...yet.

Thanks for stopping by, and I really do appreciate your comments.

Supplies: (all PTI unless noted)

Cardstock: Stamper's Select White and Aqua Mist
Ink: VersaMark, Aqua Mist, Tropical Teal, Amethyst Allure, Winter Wisteria and Delicata Silvery Shimmer
Stamps: In The Meadow
Dies: Fancy Flakes and MFT Stitched Rectangles
Other: Canson Mixed Media Watercolor Paper, Ink Blending Tools, Water Mister and SU Dimensionals

Oh great choice of card to CASE, I almost picked that one myself! Your background colors have come out beautifully, I especially love that deeper purple! Perfectly placed snowflakes, aren't they lovely? Well done!

What a lovely snowflake card Kathy! I like how you used the blues and purples together, such a pretty look. I'll have to try this color combo on a card.

No shortage of beautiful PTI snowflakes to choose from, and you chose Fancy Flakes, one of my favs! Beautiful card, beautiful inking in the background and beautiful sweet subtle card base.

What a gorgeous case of Betsy's card that also caught my eye! Hope you're surviving the storm. We've done well so far--no loss of power although street lights were out on my way home from work.
