I used a SU Going Gray card base to make it easier for writing inside the card. That's also the color you see under the raised up Fancy Flakes snowflake. Using a VersaMark pen, I edged the snowflake and then dipped it in silver metallic embossing powder, which is also what I used for the Happy Holidays sentiment. Didn't have 1/8" Score Tape so the 1/4" made the glittered frame a little too wide, but I had to go with it. The snowflake is raised up using SU dimensionals. Finishing the card, I added a rhinestone to the center of the flake.

Ink: VersaMark Pad and VersaMark Marker
Stamps: Signature Christmas

Other: 1/4" Score Tape, SU dimensionals, Zing Silver Metallic Embossing Powder, Silver Glitter and Rhinestone (both from my stash)

Beautiful Christmas card, Kathy! What a pretty color scheme and (of course) love the glitter! I find it so hard to mass produce my cards, maybe one of these years I'll get the hang of that concept :-)
PS: thank you for the sweet comment on my Blog ~ hugs to ya!
Beautiful and I love the wider glittered border! I bet it's REALLY sparkly in real life! :0) And how can you go wrong with one of the Fancy Flakes?!! Very pretty Kathy! :0)
I am so glad you decided to use some of that beautiful chancy glitter , Kathy. :) I bet you still have a ton left. What a beautiful card and I love the color!
Such a beautiful card! I love chunky glitter the best - at first I thought you had used German glitter glass for your frame, that's how stunning it is!
I think you frame is great--love that's it's wider & the look of the chunky glitter! Beautiful card! The Elizabeth Craft glitter is totally different than all the others--bet you'd love it.
Fabulous frame--I like all that bright glitter you used. And, I think you have pushed me over the edge with those fancy flakes dies.
Gorgeous glittery frame, Kathy! Can you email me (jjsouthas at yahoo dot com) because you have a prize to claim :)
