PTI MIM #289: Building Wreaths With Small Images

Lizzie is hosting this week's Make It Monday Challenge for Papertrey Ink. For details and to watch her video, check it out here. The idea is to create a wreath using small flowers, leaves and accents. To begin mine, using a pencil I lightly traced a heart die from Limitless Layers: 2-1/4" Hearts. And then the stamping started using multiple stamp sets, ink colors and some ink splatters. This is what I created for the upcoming anniversary of my dear sister and BIL.

Hope my Canadian friends had a great day yesterday celebrating Canada Day and to those in the good old USA, have a safe and Happy 4th of July!

Thanks for stopping by, and I really do appreciate your comments.

Sweet card, Kathy. LOVE the heart shape...very clever. The precious hummingbird sets it off. I always love ink splatters, too! Your sister will love it!

Lovely Anniversary card, Kathy! The Hummingbird is a sweet addition :-)
Ans to your comment: My card base was made with Recollections 'Mauve Passion" C/S collection and embossed with an older Cuttlebug EF called Divine Swirl. Your comments on my blog are so appreciated!

Kathy, what a lovely heart wreath! Wonderful choice of colors - and the hummingbird is such a nice addition. I may have to case this card for the future!
