Laurie's Fabulous Favorites Using Kraft

Since Summer is gone here in WA State, it's time to get back to crafting a bit and getting some mojo back. Laurie's Fabulous Favorites challenge this week is to use Kraft cardstock in a project so that's exactly what I did.

In May our friend's grandson, an 8-year-old twin brother, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He has been undergoing extreme treatments ever since as an outpatient at Seattle Children's Hospital. Things for the most part are going pretty well, but the family of five could use some uplifting. This card will accompany the gift card we bought so they can enjoy a family night out. I just know they will be forever grateful.

Oh, I like what you've done here with the stencil and the leaf layers! Your friends will be so encouraged with your card. Tonight I also made 2 cards with Leaf Print leaves! It's wonderful to see your blog going again.
