PTI MIM #286: Coordinating Card Pairs

Having been on vacation a week ago, I missed out on last week's challenge so I was eager to play today. Stephanie showed how she created two coordinating cards from one stamp set for this week's Make It Monday here on Nichole's blog. I cheated a little bit by using two sets because the sentiments in one just did not work for my coordinating designs. However, I used the same color scheme with mums and leaves on both. Here's what I created.

Coordinating Pair

One-Layer Thinking of You

Popped up the middle mum and leaves while the rest of the die-cuts are flat.

Thanks for stopping by, and I really do appreciate your comments.

Two lovely cards, Kathy! I really like the different colored flowers for a Summery feel. Don't know why I don't have Mum's the Word or Graceful Greetings in my collection yet! Headed to my Wish List now :)
