Why is it I know the 25th of the month is just 10 days after the release, but I'm rushing to beat the deadline tonight? I had fun ink blending the colors on the balloons and "popping up" my numbers and sentiment for added dimension. Can you believe I'm actually using some of the paper from the BIG sale last year? Me either as I guess I've been saving it for the perfect opportunity, and this is it! Planning to check out later tonight what other participants created for this month's hop.

I love this card! It is so colorful and I just love balloons, I can't get enough of them! I used some of my paper, too, finally. I tend to hoard mine and my resolution for 2018 is to use what I have - which will extend into 2019, 2020, 2021 hahaha~ Cheers!
